Why You Must Stretch Before any Physical Exercise
Stretch
Stretching should be the first and last
Step of any workout to prevent injuries
And post workout aches and pains.
- C’curl
Stand tall in one fluid motion, bend over, moving your head
down toward your tall bone while bending your knees. Very
slowly uncurl body to an upright position, always thinking of
your body as a “c” shape.
- Shin/Calf stretch warm up
Stand tall with one knee bent, the other leg out straight, and foot
flexed. Tap your toes lightly. For deeper stretch, reach down and
grab your extended toes and stretch. Repeat with the other leg. Some say hormonal imbalance could lead to poor exercise though they haven’t looked for where to exercise to sort out this.
- Lunge Stretch
Extend one leg behind you, keeping front knee aligned over your
ankle. Raise your arms up beside your ears. Your arms, back and
back leg should be perfectly aligned. Change legs and repeat.
- Pretzel
- Trunk and Lower Back Stretch
Sit on the floor with legs extended to either side.
Bend one foot in towards opposite your thigh. Reach
over and grab your extended toes. Repeat with the other
leg.
A supple, flexible body is sexier and resist injury and apparently save you time you could spent looking for where to buy androtrex.
