MOTHER'S DAY.
Its origin:
Here is an interesting fact you might not be aware about mothers day.
Mothers were celebrated long before the official U.S holiday was established,of course. The mother goddess Rhea and Cybele inspired ancient Greek and Roman celebration of mothers.
All early religions had some kind of goddess who symbolised fertility and prosperity, which triggered the celebration of Mother's day. Mother's day was declared a national celebration by Wodrow Wilson.
After carrying you for nine months in her womb and giving birth, she has been there through all the stages of growth in your life. She has seen you crawl to the point when you start walking. She has held you by the hand when you were weak and had nothing or no one to turn to. Surely what else is greater than a mother's love??
All of us definitely have something great to say about our mothers regardless of whether we are in good terms or not.I know most of the times we appreciate our mothers, but on this special day, tell her something you have not told her before and make her feel special. For those who are in bad terms with their mothers, this is your day,, you got to make peace with her,you will never get a mother like her anywhere else in this world.
For those whose mother's have passed on, do something in her memory to let her know you appreciate her and value her.In your own ways, you know best, show a gesture of love to all mothers. They are a special gift from God...
